Baptism

When your child was born or adopted, they became a member of your family. From birth, they were already a child of God! 

Baptism is God’s way for us to be immersed into the covenant community, the Church. 

A “covenant” is a relationship established by God 

with an individual or a group of people. 

Baptism is the Sacrament which concretely incorporates us 

into this covenant community we call the Church or the Body of Christ.

Baptisms can happen during most worship services. While we typically avoid festival Sundays, 

baptisms may easily be scheduled for any Saturday evening service.
